About the Event
Join us for a run along the Raby Bay foreshore before joining the free TQ swim for some incredible race practice.
We will meet at the venue for a run from 7am with one group running 1hr and the other group running 90mins.
Then we will get ready to swim. Wetsuit optional. You MUST register on the TQ site for the swim. We have selected the 9am slot but select whatever is left - it does sell out so act FAST. Register HERE
