Luckily we've got a solution! All Helix crew have access to the incredible SportsDietitian app and there are two new things to tell you about.


The Journal feature is here!


A new way for you to track health and performance is here with the SportsDietitian.com Journal. Over the past few months, the product team have been working with users to bring this feature to life, and we're excited to announce that it's now here!


In the new feature, you'll be able to start by tracking three areas of your health:

  1. Food

  2. Mood

  3. Energy Levels

By tracking these health parameters, you will be able to optimise your training and performance. You'll be able to visualise trends to help understand your health and fuelling, and identify patterns so you can make informed decisions about your eating and health... and training and programming. You also have the help of the dietitians at SportsDietitian.com who can view your journal posts and help you take action on the patterns they find. You can read more about the benefits of tracking health here.

While they've started with these three areas to track, they're also planning to add more. You can share what else you'd like to track with them here.

There's also new long course plans for those looking to move up in distance or to fine tune their existing training.
